Paris Hilton Nose Job

Over the course of her "career" people have always seemed to comment and poke fun at the nose Paris Hilton, often referring to it as a beak or witch nose.

And while those comments may be a bit extreme, there is no doubt that her nose has taken on a different shape, around the time of 2004.

The only clear explanation i can think of is plastic surgery, unless she had a horrible unreported sporting accident of some sort.

But lets be realistic here, the before and after pictures are pretty concrete evidence of a good ol' fashion nose job.
So what do you think about Ms. Paris Hilton? Are we looking at a slam dunk, nose job procedure?

And i also have a feeling this wasn't her only plastic surgery operation...

Paris Hilton Denies Plastic Surgery

Paris Hilton is currently filming Repo! The Genetic Opera portraying a person addicted to plastic surgery. Naturally, she's been asked whether she's had some work done. Her response:

Well, I've never had any plastic surgery, so doing a character like that — it was a lot of fun to change because every scene I have a different nose, I have different eyes, different hair. We were using a lot of prosthetics, so every scene you can't really tell that it's me, so that was a lot of fun.

I enjoy movies, but something tells me I'm going to miss this one...

Paris Hilton - Breast Augmentation?

I often get photos of Paris Hilton from celebrity magazines to determine whether she has had a breast augmentation. Her larger breasts have always appeared to be due to fancy push-up bras, and not surgery. In an earlier post I commented on how she has been quoted saying that breast augmentation would "cheapen" her image.
Her larger-appearing breasts in this photo are also likely due to a push-up bra. I don't think she's had her breasts done. Time will tell...Then again, does anyone actually care what she does???

Paris Hilton Considering Blepharoplasty?

Hollyscoop is reporting that Paris Hilton may be considering plastic surgery to repair her uneven upper eyelids. Her left eyelid looks a bit droopy at times (medical term is eyelid ptosis) and this can be repaired with a blepharoplasty with ptosis repair.
Sure, her eyelid may be a bit asymmetrical, but I wouldn't be rushing off to fix this. Somehow I think we'll be seeing her droopy eyelid for years to come...

Paris Hilton has reportedly vowed never to have plastic surgery, after being told by her father that it was "sleazy" and would "cheapen" her image. Hmmm... I find that to be an interesting comment. Obviously the belief that people who have plastic surgery are "sleazy" has gone by the wayside long ago. The vast majority of my patients are hard-working, normal people from all walks of life. Plastic surgery is not for everyone, and I turn down patients whom I believe are not good candidates because of unrealistic expectations or psychological issues. This turns out to be about 1 out of every 5 people who come to see me. In addition, I'm not sure when Paris considered a breast augmentation, but if it was before she was 18 years old, I believe that it's morally wrong for a plastic surgeon to do it anyway. The FDA has an official position against it as well.
