The Rolling Stones will go back on the road in 2007 - just months after wrapping up their world tour.
The ageing rockers play the last date of their 'A Bigger Bang' tour on November 18 in Los Angeles, but guitarist Ronnie Wood insists they are determined to get back on stage as soon as possible.
He told Billboard magazine: "We're gonna have a well-needed break over Christmas, and then we'll go back out, probably next year."
The Stones were forced to cancel some European dates to allow bandmate Keith Richards to recover from brain surgery, after he injured himself falling out a coconut tree in Fiji in April.
Ronnie added: "We'll probably do some shows in Europe, we owe them some dates."
The guitarist - who releases his solo retrospective record 'Anthology: The Essential Crossexion' on September 26 - also revealed he is looking forward to reconvening with Keith when he finishes filming his cameo in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End'.
