Once again we see the media disaster darling, Lindsay Lohan, returning to court after registering a failed drug test, less than a month after being released from the clink.

And not surprisingly, the celebrity sideshow continues to don super plump and extremely unnatural looking trout pout lips, as she takes the walk of shame into the Beverly Hills courthouse while sporting six inch louis vuitton "red carpet" heals.


These new pictures of Ms. Lohan's shapely lips, has triggered a few plastic surgery blogs to question whether or not the former star has opted for full blown lip implants.

We've highlighted the ever changing shape of Lindsay Lohan's lips in the past, and it looks like she is still up to her old tricks.

Perhaps this 90 day jail sentence will be the long overdue wake up call this poor girl desperately needs.

Bad News for Lindsay Lohan: Jail, Lawsuit Problems, Trout Pout

Poor Lindsay Lohan. First she gets sentenced to three months in jail, then she suffers a setback to her $100 million E-Trade lawsuit. And to cap it all off, some plastic surgeon gave her a trout pout!

There is definitely too much filler in her upper lip, causing it to be larger than her lower lip and violating the natural 1:1.5 ratio (the lower lip should be 1.5 times the width of the upper lip). At least while she sits in the clink her upper lip will settle down, so hopefully by the time she walks free her lips will look normal once again.

When i think of Lindsay Lohan, i think of a woman who has tremendous potential with endless opportunities for an amazing acting career, and ultimately a woman who perhaps took success for granted, and got pulled into the lonely Hollywood backwash of tireless nights...

I think its safe to say, Lindsay Lohan has made her fair share of cloudy judgments in her short life.


And when you consider she is still so very young, and to be making decisions in regards to life altering plastic surgery, like breast implants and even her latest habit, lip injections, perhaps she should reevaluate her way of thinking and seek guidance from other celebs who have triumphed from similar folly.

Wow, this kinda turned into a PSA, sorry folks.

Did Lindsay try and drown her sorrows in some good ole fashion plastic surgery?

Well, from the looks of these before and after pictures, its clear that at some point, Lindsay did in fact get breast implants.

Whether or not they have since been removed, is a whole different story.

Maxim Magazine Hot 100 of 2007

Maxim Magazine has unveiled their Hot 100 for 2007. Here are the top ten, and the "have they or haven't they regarding plastic surgery" (my opinions, of course):

10: Fergie - Rhinoplasty and possible endoscopic browlift. See previous post.
9: Eva Longoria - People seem to either love her or hate her. I think she is gorgeous. No obvious plastic surgery that I can see. Possibly some Restylane in her lips?
8: Rihanna - Doubt it. Too young.
7: Eva Mendes - Nothing obvious. She has come out against plastic surgery. See link.
6. Ali Larter - Not obvious. She has thin lips which don't look unnaturally augmented. Maybe some Botox in her forehead?
5. Jessica Biel - Her lips do appear to be augmented. Possibly with a permanent implant? See link.
4. Christina Aguilera - I'm a big fan of hers. She does appear to have had a breast augmentation and possible rhinoplasty, but who cares? She looks great and has a fantastic voice.
3. Scarlett Johansson - She has come out as being someone who would consider plastic surgery. See link. I like her. Her lips appear to be natural.
2. Jessica Alba - Hard to say. I think she may still be all natural.
1. Lindsay Lohan - She's number one? Ay caramba. She appears to have had her lips augmented on more than one occasion, and a breast augmentation seems likely given her recent rapid size enlargement. I've posted on her a couple times. See link.

Lindsay Lohan - Lip Injections?

Here is a photo taken a couple days ago while Lindsay Lohan was shopping in Manhattan. Her lips are looking a bit puffy, possibly the result of Restylane or the new Juvederm injectables. If she's had them done recently, the swelling will subside within a couple days and the next time you see her she may look pretty normal. If the swelling is already gone, then she is going to look this way for the next 6 months.

Lindsay Lohan - breast implants?

In a recent post, I quote Lindsay Lohan as saying "I like my breasts the way they are. I read that I had breast implants and that I'd had my lips done too, which is such b*****t."
Here are some before and after photos. It looks like some plastic surgery to me. You make your own judgement.

Lindsay Lohan has expressly denied having a breast augmentation. According to Showbiz News:

The 'Georgia Rule' actress - was reported to have had her breasts surgically enhanced after recently being photographed with a fuller cleavage - is fed up with the constant speculation about whether she has gone under the knife to boost her bust.

She is quoted as saying: "I like my breasts the way they are. I read that I had breast implants and that I'd had my lips done too, which is such b*****t."

The 'Mean Girls' star - who has previously been dogged by anorexia rumours - insists she has never been happier with her body.
She said: "I feel great. I like having a shape."

I'm likely one of the plastic surgeons she has read about. The photos I've examined from national magazines are pretty convincing, especially in regards to the lips. Breast augmentation, however, can be difficult to determine due to all the nice push-up bras nowadays.
It's like that 90's song by C&C Music Factory: Things That Make You Go Hmm....

According to contactmusic.com, Lindsay Lohan recently exclaimed, "Yes, it's sad that anybody would (have cosmetic surgery) at my age. It's just disgusting."
Hmmm.... The interesting thing about this statement is that her breasts appear to have gotten significantly larger over the last few weeks. Now, this can be commonly due to weight gain or pregnancy, but there is no evidence that either has taken place. Then does one conclude that Ms. Lohan is "disgusting?"
