Once again Beyonce Knowles is the topic of conversation for the evening, and this time its not in regards to her possible nose job, instead tonight we ask the readers "Has Beyonce Knowles had breast implants?".

Several pictures have led me to believe that the beautiful Beyonce has had some added lift and perkiness to her breasts of late.

The question is what could be causing Beyonce's breast to look so big? Could she have put on few extra pounds or perhaps she has discovered a new state of the art push-up device, without wearing a bra?

Could this be a good old fashion breast implants? You make the call!

Beyonce Knowles has what most people would consider perfect teeth, and i have to agree whole heartily with that assessment.You can tell she truly prides herself with a beautiful and healthy white smile. You go girlfriend!

Beyonce Nose Job

Beyonce Knowles got her first break as part of the R&B group Destiny's Child, she later went on to become one of the top selling artists of our time, with her hugely successful solo albums.

Somewhere along the way, Beyonce decided she needed a nose job (Rhinoplasty) to make a slight adjustment in the width of her nose.

Long story short, she went forward with the plastic surgery and everything turned out fine, she got the slimmer "Hollywood" nose she wanted, without any complications.

Sure she looks great after getting the nose job, but was this operation really necessary? Perhaps she felt this would better her chances of landing high profile movie roles.

Beyonce - plastic surgery or wig?

A quite odd-looking photo of Beyonce has been circulating around the internet lately. Some websites have attributed the strange lines on her face to plastic surgery. As a plastic surgeon who has performed thousands of facial rejuvenation surgeries, I can tell you that this is caused by no plastic surgery that I know of. I'm no expert at wigs, but I would bet that these "Klingon" wrinkles are more than likely caused by a wig or extensions. Click here for a previous post on Beyonce.

Beyonce Knowles

Has Beyonce had a breast augmentation? This photo shows what might be evidence of a breast augmentation through the armpit. Breast implants can be placed most commonly through the armpit, underneath the breast, and around the areola. The implants are often placed through the armpit in people with darker skin, as this area is known to be resistant to keloid formation. Unfortunately, some people can develop a band of scar tissue which extends between the armpit scar and the breast implant pocket. It can even create a pulling sensation, and resemble a band such as may be seen here.
